The engine and motor integrated device comprises a flywheel and a flywheel cover which are connected with an engine and a motor, and further comprises a motor shell which is connected with the flywheel cover, the connecting portion of the motor shell and the flywheel cover is provided with a heat obstructing device, the heat obstructing device is internally provided with a heat-obstruct coolant channel, the motor shell is further internally provided with a motor shell coolant channel, and the heat-obstruct coolant channel is communicated with the motor shell coolant channel. Two heat generation devices of the engine and the motor are separated in a heat dissipation structure, heat are obstructed to conduct and to influence mutually, the heat conducted by the engine and the motor is absorbed to dissipate outwards by using the heat-obstruct coolant channel arranged in the heat obstructing device, the temperature of the engine and the motor is prevented from rising continuously, so that normal output work of the engine and the motor is prevented from being influenced. The arrangement is simple and efficient, excessive heat generated by the engine is prevented from being transmitted to key positions of the motor, so that the service life of the motor is shortened even the motor is destroyed, and the heat is also prevented from being conducted from the motor to the engine so that unsafe operation is prevented.
