Locations of workers in the transformer substation can be accurately positioned spatially by a space positioning method, a sampling and speed-measuring method and an average value algorithm, the positioning precision is high, and safety and reliability are also high; the handheld mobile terminal is used in a mobile positioning wireless network, the working tracks and the locations of users of the handheld mobile terminals can be monitored conveniently by monitoring personnel, and the workers can conveniently record routing inspection on detecting equipment in the transformer substation; and the wireless AP and the wireless datum node are low in power consumption and small in size and can be matched with the original equipment of the transformer substation well.
