Problems solved by technology

The current transient hydraulic method is limited to the detection of pipeline burst and leak, and uses the performance of burst water to hydraulic wave reflection and attenuation in the time domain, that is, time domain hydraulic wave analysis, to detect pipeline leak defects. It can only be used for post-event passive detection, but cannot actively predict and evaluate pipeline operating conditions and hydraulic conditions, and the detection accuracy is low
[0009] Due to the shortcomings and limitations of the above-mentioned existing and commonly used pipeline detection methods, the pipeline defects in the water supply pipeline system are often not found in time and can be improved and repaired
At present, water supply accidents caused by pipeline defects are not uncommon in the water supply pipeline systems of various cities, which have caused serious economic losses and adverse social impacts.

Embodiment Construction

[0036] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0037] Embodiments of the present invention provide an online non-destructive testing method suitable for urban water supply pipeline systems, such as figure 1 As shown, the method is specifically implemented through the following steps:

[0038] Step 101: Obtain a frequency domain response function of the system according to the high-frequency hydraulic wave propagation and reflection characteristic signals actively generated and measured in the water supply pipeline.

[0039] Specifically, the pressure wave time and pressure series of the actively generated high-frequency hydraulic wave and the high-frequency hydraulic wave after the wave is fully propagated and reflected by the system are preprocessed and Fourier transformed, respectively, and converted into the system frequency domain of the pipeline response function. figure 2 The mai...

Abstract

The invention discloses an online nondestructive detection method applicable to an urban water supply pipeline system. The method comprises the steps of acquiring system frequency domain response functions according to high frequency hydrodynamic wave spreading and reflection feature signals which are actively produced and measured in a water supply pipeline; acquiring wave peak values and frequency values corresponding to a plurality of cycle wave peaks according to the system frequency domain response functions; comparing the wave peak values and frequency values corresponding to a plurality of cycle wave peaks with the theoretical value of a nondestructive pipeline system to determine the type of the defects of the pipeline; further determining the physical information of the pipeline defect according to the optimized fit data. The invention further discloses an online hydrodynamic wave generation device applicable to the urban water supply pipeline system. With the adoption of the method and device, the water leakage and blocking of the pipeline and the defects of unknown branches and the pipeline of an air bag can be detected; the potential defects of the pipeline system can be quickly detected by the online working manner, and the defect nondestructive detection method and system for the urban water supply pipeline can be accurately and efficiently achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of information detection, maintenance and management of urban water supply pipeline systems, in particular to an online non-destructive detection method and device suitable for urban water supply pipeline systems. Background technique [0002] Urban water supply pipeline system is one of the important pillars of urban modernization development and social and economic life. The normal and continuous operation and effective maintenance and management of the water transmission and distribution pipeline system are important guarantees for the optimal use of water resources and the safety of water use for users. With the continuous operation of the urban water supply pipeline system for a long time, the pipeline system is prone to various pipeline defects due to aging, corrosion, deposition, etc., thus causing urban water supply failures. [0003] Common and frequent piping system defects include: water leaks (e.g. burst ...
