Abstract

The invention discloses a polycarbonate modified plastic which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80-100 parts of polycarbonate, 5-10 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 5-10 parts of polyurethane, 3-5 parts of glass fiber, 5-10 parts of carbon fiber, 2-5 parts of coupling agent, 1-3 parts of flame retardant, 1-3 parts of dispersing agent and 1-3 parts of antioxidant. The nano calcium carbonate is filled into the polycarbonate modified plastic to enhance the toughness of the polycarbonate. The added carbon fiber and glass fiber further enhance the yield strength and elastic modulus of the polycarbonate, lower the elongation at yield of the polycarbonate and greatly enhance the mechanical properties of the polycarbonate. Meanwhile, the added flame retardant enhances the flame retardancy of the polycarbonate.
