The system is characterized in that the reverse osmosis unit is arranged in a one-section mode; a concentrated water outlet pipeline connected with a concentrated water outlet of the reverse osmosis unit is divided into two paths, one path is a concentrated water discharge pipeline, and the other path is a recovery pipeline; the recovery pipeline is connected with a concentrated water circulating pump; the concentrated water circulating pump is used for enhancing recovered concentrated water pressure to inlet water pressure of the reverse osmosis unit; and the recovery pipeline is connected with a water inlet pipe of the reverse osmosis unit at the downstream of the high-pressure pump.
