Abstract

The adhesive layer coats the surface of the base cloth body. The warps and the wefts forming the base cloth body are both polyester filament yarns being 150-260 deniers in fiber size. In the warp direction, a stainless steel fiber is added at each 2.7-3.5 cm. In the high-strength adhesive interlining base cloth, the polyester filament yarns are employed as the fibers for forming the base cloth body, so that the base cloth body is improved in toughness and anti-wearing property. By means of the stainless steel fibers added between the warps and the wefts, the base cloth body is improved in strength and meanwhile is ensured to have breathability, thereby improving wearing comfort level of users. A PE / PP composite material is used for replacing a conventional PVC material so that the interlining base cloth is environment-friendly and safe. A composite hot-pressing method is employed to form the high-strength composite fabric. The interlining base cloth is simple in processing route, is easy to operate, is low in cost and is easy to produce industrially.
