Abstract

Belonging to the field of analytical chemistry detection, the invention relates to a quantum dot fluorescence detection method for fast determination of microcystin-RR (MC-RR) in water. According to the method, EDC and NHS are utilized to activate water-soluble core-shell type CdSe / CdS quantum dots (QDs) so as to enable covalent linkage with an MC-RR monoclonal antibody, thus forming a QDs-MC-RR bioconjugate. Under optimized reaction conditions, MC-RR of different concentrations is added into the bioconjugate to cause fluorescence quenching phenomenon, and the fluorescence quenching degree has certain correlation with the concentration of MC-RR. The method is quick, inexpensive, simple and highly sensitive, and can be directly applied to determination of MC-RR in water.
