The invention discloses a system and method for testing analog input/output modules of a subway train, and the system comprises an upper computer, an MVB controller connected with the upper computer, and an AX testing device connected with the upper computer. The MVB controller and the AX testing device are respectively connected with a to-be-tested AX module. The MVB controller is connected with the to-be-tested AX module through an MVB bus. The upper computer is used for receiving and displaying an input signal of the AX module, processing the input signal and displaying an output signal. The MVB controller is used for the data exchange between the upper computer and the to-be-tested AX module. The AX testing device is used for controlling the input signal of the to-be-tested AX module, receiving and displaying the output signal of the AX module, enabling an output current signal of the AX module to be transmitted to a current input end, detecting a current input loop of the AX module, and giving an alarm for testing results. The system and method simulate the actual conditions of the subway train, and achieve the detection of the AX module.
