Abstract

The automatic pipetting device comprises a round rotatable circular disc, a plunger pump assembly and a channel for communicating the circular disc, the plunger pump assembly and an outer container. The plunger pump assembly is used for releasing liquid and sucking the liquid through the pushing and pulling of external power; and the liquid flows in the channel and the rotatable circular disc is used for controlling the liquid to flow into and flow out of a specific channel. A pipetting needle is connected with the outlet of the channel in a transparent plate; the pipetting needle is inserted into the liquid in the container; and the container sleeves the bottom of the transparent plate and is in seamless connection with the transparent plate. The circular disc rotates to the channel for pipetting and is communicated with the channel in the transparent plate. The automatic pipetting device provided by the invention has a good sealing performance, can completely realize automatic operation, and is simple and convenient to operate; and the working efficiency is greatly improved and the workload of testers of a laboratory is alleviated.
