Abstract

The invention discloses an iron ore dry separation technology based on a concentrated-phase gas-solid fluidized bed, and belongs to an iron ore dry separation technology. The technology comprises the steps that iron ore is crushed, screening is performed with a two-layer screen, and materials with the particle size of 6-100 mm are processed with a gas-solid dense medium fluidized bed separator to obtain floating substances and sunk substances; materials with the particle size of 1-6 mm are separated with a vibrated fluidized bed, closed circuit grinding is performed on roughing concentrate obtained through separation after media are removed, then the roughing concentrate is fed into a dry strong magnetic separator for fine selection to obtain concentrate and tailings, and materials which are obtained through classification and are smaller than 1 mm need to be processed through a segment of closed circuit grinding, a segment of low-intensity magnetic separation and a segment of strong magnetic separation to obtain concentrate and tailings; medium solids mixed in fluidized bed separation products are screened out through a medium drainage screen, non-magnetic impurities in the fluidized bed separation products are removed through magnetic separation, and obtained magnetic separation concentrate serves as recycling media for recycling; an air inducing device is arranged to recycle dust generated in the separation process.
