Abstract

The electronic potting adhesive is composed of an adhesive A and an adhesive B which is used cooperatively with the adhesive A. The adhesive A is composed of the raw materials of, by weight, 200 parts of castor oil, 30-40 parts of phosphatidylglycerol, 30-40 parts of phosphatidylinositol, 100 parts of polytetramethylene glycol, 1000 parts of trioctyl phosphate, 70 parts of polyimide-modified epoxy resin, 500 parts of phosphotriester, and 2100 parts of isocyanate. The adhesive B is composed of the raw materials of, by weight, 900 parts of polypropylene glycol, 600 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 700 parts of phosphotriester, 50 parts of polyvinyl formamide, 600 parts of chlorinated paraffin-52, and 4 parts of dibutyltin dilaurate. The product provided by the invention has the advantages of simple preparation, convenient application, and transparent and beautiful appearance after curing. The adhesive does not damage circuit board, and is easy to remove. With the adhesive, the circuit board can be used repeatedly, such that wasting is avoided.
