A measurement device is designed and mainly comprises a vacuum pump, a gas measuring chamber, a cooling chamber, a warmer, a hygrometer, an absolute pressure gauge, a solenoid valve, a regulating valve, and a thermal insulation device. Since an airflow channel is of negative pressure, the vacuum pump has a function of pumping to-be-measured airflow in negative-pressure environment to the gas measuring chamber. The gas measuring chamber has a function of thermal insulation and speed reduction; impact of high-speed airflow on a humidity sensor is reduced; and measurement requirements of the sensor are satisfied. The cooling chamber has a function of mixing the to-be-measured medium-temperature airflow with normal-temperature airflow of atmosphere to meet the temperature requirement of to-be-pumped gas by the vacuum pump. Data can be uploaded to center control, and remote control, real-time monitoring, and continuous measurement can be realized. The method has the advantage that the humidity of airflow in high-speed negative-pressure medium-temperature environment can be continuously accurately detected.
