Problems solved by technology

However, the environment of offshore wind farms is harsher than that on land, which increases the difficulty of installation and maintenance of wind turbines, and the maintenance cost of wind turbines is relatively high, which has become a key factor hindering the development of offshore wind power.
At present, the monitoring of offshore wind turbines at home and abroad is mostly obtained through the transformation of the original monitoring scheme of onshore wind turbines. The monitoring system mostly uses wired communication methods. For offshore wind farms with harsh environments and difficult access, wired communication methods such as optical fibers and cables are used, and wiring is difficult. Big, high cost, and more easily damaged, which is not conducive to the expansion and maintenance of offshore wind farms, and reduces the reliability of the monitoring system

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The present invention will be further elaborated below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0016] First introduce the overall structure of the system of the present invention, as figure 1 , in which sensors such as wind speed, wind direction, rotational speed, displacement, acceleration, temperature and humidity are used to collect electrical, mechanical and status parameters of fan blades, drive shafts and towers. The monitoring parameters and sensor configuration are shown in Table 1.

[0017] Through the wireless sensor network, the health status and operating parameters of the offshore wind turbines are collected, and the data is transmitted wirelessly to the remote host computer LabVIEW monitoring platform through the ZigBee-GPRS wireless communication network. The upper computer LabVIEW receives the collected parameters, and performs data analysis and processing, including the fan temperature monitoring module, the wind turbine status monitoring modul...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of offshore wind power, relates to a remote offshore wind power monitoring device based on ZigBee and GPRS techniques and in particular relates to a remote offshore wind power monitoring communicating system. Sensors are arranged on blades, a transmitting system, a cabin and a tower frame of an offshore wind turbine to collect operation parameters and state parameters of the offshore wind turbine; data of the sensors are gathered through a ZigBee wireless sensor network, and the data are transmitted to a remote monitoring platform through a GPRS network; the monitoring platform can analyze and further process the data to obtain parameters which can show the rotating speed, the vibration, the temperature, the voltage and the current of the offshore wind turbine in real time; and the monitored parameters are stored in a database, the vibration signals of the offshore wind turbine are analyzed to early find fault of the offshore wind turbine. Thus, convenience is brought to maintainers to process the fault in time, serious accidents are avoided, and the operating and maintaining cost of the offshore wind turbine is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of offshore wind power generation, in particular to a remote offshore wind power monitoring communication system. Background technique [0002] At present, traditional energy sources such as coal and oil are facing two major problems: resource depletion and environmental pollution, and vigorously developing clean energy has become an inevitable trend of development. As a clean and renewable energy, wind energy has developed rapidly because of its abundant resources and easy development. With the maturity of onshore wind power generation technology, the development of offshore wind power has attracted much attention. However, the environment of offshore wind farms is harsher than that on land, which increases the difficulty of installation and maintenance of wind turbines. The maintenance cost of wind turbines is relatively high, which has become a key factor hindering the development of offshore wind power. At prese...
