According to the method, with the deer antler wine as an experimental material, protein, saccharides, lipids, Vc content, diethylstilbestrol and amino acid in the deer antler wine are sequentially analyzed and determined through a full-automatic amino acid analyzer by using a Coomassie brilliant blue colorimetric method, a potassium ferricyanide titration method, a diethyl ether extraction method, a 2,6-dichlorindophenol titration method and a high performance liquid chromatography method. Nutritional ingredients contained in the deer antler wine are clearly learned about through final experimental data analysis so that the nutritive value of the deer antler wine can be better interpreted.
