Abstract

The invention provides a molecular method capable of identifying gynaikothrips ficorum and gynairothrips uzeli zimmerman. The molecular method comprises the following steps: (1) extracting DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid) of a sample to be identified; (2) taking the DNA extracted by the step (1) as a template, carrying out PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification by using a primer pair and purifying an amplified product; (3) sequencing the PCR amplified product purified by the step (2), and accurately distinguishing two seeds through a basic group variation site, a genetic distance and a phylogenetic tree. The invention provides a method for identifying the gynaikothrips ficorum and the gynairothrips uzeli zimmerman through molecular biology; the method is simple to operate and accurate in identification and can be widely popularized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of molecular markers, in particular to a molecular method for identifying thrips fig and thrips fig. Background technique [0002] Both Gynaikothrips ficorum and Gynaikothripsuzeli belong to the genus Gynaikothrips in the family Phlaeothripidae of the order Thysanoptera, and are important species on banyan trees in tropical and subtropical regions of my country. Economic pest. Two kinds of thrips file and suck the new shoots and young leaves of the banyan tree. In the early stage, the leaves curl up and form "dumpling" or "pimple" galls. Withered symptoms, when the damage is serious, the leaves of the whole plant will turn yellow, die and fall off, especially after the bonsai banyan tree is damaged, both the ornamental value and the economic value are greatly reduced. In addition, in recent years, with the transportation of banyan seedlings and bonsai in different regions, two kinds of thrips have spread to...
