Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for estimating an aerodynamic force of a motor train unit. The method comprises: setting a plurality of pressure measurement points on a carriage; measuring a pressure of each pressure measurement point; obtaining carriage surface pressure distribution by using a radial basis function interpolation method; and then obtaining an aerodynamic differential pressure force of the carriage by adopting a numerical integration method. The present invention can be used for a track test and a dynamic model test of the motor train unit. Due to adoption of the radial basis function interpolation technology, the carriage surface pressure distribution can be obtained quickly according to a small number of pressure measurement points and accuracy of estimating the aerodynamic force is improved. Moreover, surface friction and the aerodynamic force of a key component are introduced for correction, so that estimation accuracy is further enhanced.
