Interaction of the vehicle light and an output luminous flux of the street lamp can be achieved; the controller can play roles in limiting the vehicle speed in an assisting manner and ensuring the driving safety at night by setting an output delay of the control unit by reaction time of adjusting the luminous flux of the street lamp, and is applicable to turning on / off and energy-saving control of an electric supply-powered street lamp, a storage battery-powered solar street lamp, a wind-solar hybrid street lamp and a solar-electricity hybrid street lamp system.
