The invention discloses a method of improving and raising quality of rice-transplanting groups for a seed production machine by utilizing wheat packing. The method is characterized in that during the seed-production and sprout cultivation processes of hybrid rice, bonding strength of seedling roots by machine-transplanted seedling is improved by controlling sowing amount of transplanted rice from male and female parents, proportionally adding proper amount of wheat seeds and utilizing bonding strength of wheat seedling roots in order to help interwine rice in plastic plates; therefore, the sowing quantity of rice is reduced and cost is saved; quality of transplanting groups is raised; manual curling, transport, machining and transplanting are conveniently performed in the late period of machine-transplanted seedling in order to satisfy the requirement for machine-transplanted seedling by a machine so that no wheat is forgotten to be transplanted; after transplanting, during early tillering in groups for seed production regeneration, population quality of seedlings on land for growing field crops is easily produced; after transplanting, wheat seedlings cannot take root and grow in paddy fields due to growth characteristics of wheat; no adverse effect is exerted on growth of rice population so that quality of seedling groups is improved; and finally, seed production is improved and the effect of saving cost and enhancing efficiency is significant.
