Abstract

A metal cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2-8% of a zwitterionic surfactant; 5-10% of a non-ionic surfactant; 2-5% of a corrosion inhibitor; 0-1.5% of a defoaming agent; 10-20% of sodium phosphate; 3-8% of sodium tripolyphosphate; 5-12% of trisodium phosphate; and a solvent added to 100%. By taking a mixture of novel organic surfactants, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate as an emulsifier for compounding, the metal cleaning agent provided by the invention is endowed with great dispersing and anti-staining capabilities, and makes up the deficiency of the prior art. In a normal-temperature state, the metal cleaning agent has a high dissolving capacity for various oils, and can dissolve heavy oils and age deteriorated oils. The metal cleaning agent can remove saponifiable oil stains as well as unsaponifiable oils, and can prevent oil stains removed from a workpiece from staining a metal surface.
