A preparation process of the compound liquid drops includes: (1) heating the propylene glycol, and pouring the dexamethasone to realize dissolution; (2) heating the ethanol, pouring the permethrin to realize dissolution, and stopping heating; (3) adding 100ml of the purified water, and stirring until the levofloxacin and the lidocaine are dissolved; (4) well stirring.
