Abstract

The invention relates to a three-dimensional printing material, a fused deposition modeling (FDM) three-dimensional printer and a printing method of the FDM three-dimensional printer. The three-dimensional printing material is used for the FDM three-dimensional printer. The three-dimensional printing material is prepared from, by mass, 60%-70% of metal powder and 30-40% of adhesives. The FDM three-dimensional printer comprises a printing head, a heating device, a printing platform, a water tank and a sinter molding chamber. The printing method comprises the step of primary molding and the step of sinter molding. By the adoption of the three-dimensional printing material, the FDM three-dimensional printer and the printing method of the FDM three-dimensional printer, the problems that an existing FDM three-dimensional printer is slow in molding, and existing selective laser melting (SLM) printing is large in power consumption are solved.
