Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method used for removing lead ions in industrial wastewater via gamma-polyglutamic acid adsorption. The device comprises a reaction tank, a water inlet tank, and a dosing tank; the water inlet tank is connected with one side of the reaction tank via a water inlet pipe, and the opposite side is provided with a water outlet pipe; the top surface and the bottom surface of the reaction tank are provided with vertical upper baffle plates and vertical lower baffle plates alternately; the interior of the reaction tank is divided into a plurality of communicated reaction chambers by the upper baffle plates and the lower baffle plates; and each of the reaction chambers is communicated with the dosing tank via a pipeline. According to the method, in feeding of lead-containing waste liquid, a prepared gamma-polyglutamic acid (gamma-PGA) solution is delivered into a reaction system via a plurality of points, full contact of gamma-PGA with the lead-containing waste liquid is realized with continuous slow flowing of the lead-containing waste liquid in the reaction tank, lead ions are adsorbed continuously, flocculation is realized, and precipitation of lead ions to the bottom of the reaction tank under gravity action is realized; the lead-containing liquid is treated in two chambers, and then is delivered into a next reaction chamber via one lower baffle plate, so that one reaction period of the lead-containing liquid is completed; and water can be discharged after three above repeated reaction periods.
