Abstract

The thermal treatment method comprises the following steps: wiping greasy dirt on the surface of the gearbox housing, flushing the gearbox housing by use of water, and scrubbing the gearbox housing by use of alcohol; spraying a thermal treating agent which is preheated to a temperature of 40 DEG C to the surface of the gearbox housing, wherein the thermal treating agent is prepared from 12 parts of acrylate emulsion, 10 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 0.5 part of potassium carbonate, 0.5 part of flavonoid glycoside, 10 parts of cyclohexane and 40 parts of water; putting the gearbox housing into a constant-temperature furnace to dry; putting the gearbox housing into a carburizing furnace for carburizing; and quenching the gearbox housing under pressure of 0.7 MPa, and naturally cooling the gearbox housing when the gearbox is cooled to a temperature of 80 DEG C, thereby completing the thermal treatment. According to the thermal treatment method for the gearbox housing, the surface of the gearbox housing is protected by carrying out thermal treatment after spraying the thermal treating agent and reasonably designing the formula of the thermal treating agent, so that the thermal treatment effect of the gearbox housing and the product quality are improved.
