Embodiment 1~8
[0058] Each component was mixed so that the compounding composition shown in Table 1 was obtained, and the rubber composition for insulating layers containing a non-crosslinked silicone rubber was prepared. Next, using an extrusion molding machine, the conductor (cross-sectional area of 0.5mm 2 ) was extruded with a rubber composition for covering an insulating layer with a thickness of 0.2 mm (180° C.×5 minutes). Next, the coating layer was heat-treated under the conditions of 200° C.×4 hours, thereby completing the crosslinking of the silicone rubber of the coating layer. Thus, the insulated electric wires of Examples 1-8 were obtained.

Abstract
The invention provides an insulated wire. The aim of the invention is to provide an insulated wire having an insulation layer including crosslinked silicone rubber, wherein the insulated wire has excellent abrasion resistance and gasoline resistance. An insulated wire is disclosed in which the periphery of a conductor is coated by an insulation layer including crosslinked silicone rubber, wherein the molecular weight between crosslinks of the crosslinked silicone rubber is 2000 or less. The insulation layer preferably has a Shore A hardness of at least 50 as measured in accordance with JIS K6253. The insulation layer may further include calcium carbonate powder, magnesium oxide powder, magnesium hydroxide powder, or the like.
Description
technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an insulated electric wire, and more specifically, relates to an insulated electric wire suitable for use in vehicles such as automobiles. Background technique [0002] As insulating materials used for insulated electric wires of vehicles such as automobiles, halogen-containing materials such as compounds containing vinyl chloride resins and halogen-based flame retardants can be used. Insulation materials containing halogens sometimes produce corrosive gases when incinerated and discarded. Therefore, attempts have been made to use insulating materials that do not contain halogens from the viewpoint of environmental protection and the like. [0003] For example, Patent Document 1 describes the use of a non-halogen insulating material obtained by mixing aluminum hydroxide with uncrosslinked silicone rubber as an insulating material for insulated wires.
