Problems solved by technology

[0004] The flowers of Cinnamomum camphora are sticky insect-pollinated flowers, pollination between mother trees is difficult, and most of them bloom on the top of the crown, which is easy to be damaged by wind. Occasionally, the seeds are eaten by birds and animals before they are mature, so it is extremely difficult to collect seeds.

Abstract

The invention discloses a cuttage method for Cinnamomum kanehirai. The method comprises the steps: arranging cuttage beds in an indoor greenhouse, carrying out deep ploughing and fine turning on original soil of bottoms of seedling beds, then, laying vermiculite and pearlite on the original soil, and carrying out disinfecting so as to obtain treated cuttage beds; picking under-yearling or biennial semi-lignified Cinnamomum kanehirai branches from maternal plants on a sunny day among the first ten days of August, cutting the Cinnamomum kanehirai branches into sections of 8cm to 10cm in a manner of reserving 2 to 3 nodes, removing lower leaves and lateral branches in a manner that each branch reserves one to two leaves and a terminal bud, and taking the brances as cuttings; sequentially soaking biological lower ends of the cuttings into a growth regulator and a fungicide, and then, cutting the cuttings into the cuttage beds by a straight cutting manner; erecting small arched sheds on the cuttage beds, covering the sheds with films, thoroughly watering the seedling beds in one time before sealing, and carrying out regular ventilating after sealing so as to keep the internal humiture of the small arched sheds; and increasing the ventilating time from the middle-later stage of cuttage, after callus formation is achieved, to a rooting stage, and controlling the air humidity to 70% to 80% and controlling the temperature to 25 DEG C to 35 DEG C. According to the method disclosed by the invention, a large amount of roots can grow in two weeks, and the rooting ratio reaches 80% or more.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of cuttings of plants, in particular to a cutting method of Cinnamomum camphora. Background technique [0002] Cinnamomumkanehirai Hay is a native and endemic tree species in Taiwan Province of my country. It is called "Cinnamomum kanehirai" because its branches are as strong as cows. Cinnamomum cinnamomea is a large evergreen tree with a stem thickness of 50cm and a tree height of 30m. This tree species was originally widely distributed in Taiwan. It is distributed from 200 to 2000m above sea level. However, due to large amounts of logging in the past, only There are still sporadic distributions in high mountain areas, and it has been listed as a conservation tree species in Taiwan. Cinnamomum camphora leaves alternate, oblong or ovate, apex acuminate, leathery, petiole, tender leaves green to dark red, entire or slightly undulating. Flowering in winter, cyme-shaped panicles, drupe oblate. Wood is solid and precious, a...
