Abstract

In the scratch-resistant PVC film provided by the invention, the surface of a PVC film is printed and coated with a functional coating, wherein the functional coating has the thickness of 4-6 microns, and comprises the following components in part by weight: 55-65 parts of polyurethane, 35-45 parts of polymethyl methacrylate and 5-12 parts of aziridine. The production method of the scratch-resistant PVC film provided by the invention comprises the following steps: (1) blending a coating paint; (2) preheating: preheating a PVC surface film at 50-70 DEG C; (3) printing and coating: transferring the preheated PVC surface film into a printing press for coating the coating; (4) drying and cooling: drying the film prepared in step (3) at 50-55 DEG C, cooling and rolling the film to obtain the scratch-resistant PVC film. The process of the invention is simple and easy to operate, low in cost and excellent in effect.
