This invention discloses a flexible, low-loss, phase-stable cable and its preparation method, relating to the field of
power cable technology. The cable includes a conductor, an
insulation layer, an outer conductor, a shielding layer, and an outer sheath. The
insulation layer is obtained by wrapping a modified microporous PTFE tape. The modified microporous PTFE tape comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-95 parts PTFE resin, 65-15 parts PA, 3-6 parts compatibilizer POE-g-SMA, and 2-5 parts modified
boron nitride nanosheets. The modified
boron nitride nanosheets are doped with
fluorine atoms and grafted with poly(trifluoroethyl
methacrylate) on their surface. The modified microporous PTFE tape includes modified
boron nitride nanosheets and PA6. PA6 is in-situ fiberized to form a three-dimensional
fiber skeleton, which can enhance the resistance to deformation, reduce
dielectric loss, and significantly enhance the pore structure of the micropores. Introducing the modified microporous PTFE tape into the
insulation layer can maintain good flexibility, low loss, and high
structural stability.
