The invention discloses a preparation method of a long-acting light functional
inorganic oxide additive for an agricultural film, which comprises the following steps: mixing
inorganic oxide and water to obtain
slurry A, adding a polymethylacrylic acid dispersing agent into the
slurry A,
grinding in a stirring mill to obtain
slurry B, supplementing the dispersing agent into the slurry B, sanding until the particle size reaches 100-300 nm to obtain slurry C, and
drying to obtain the long-acting light functional
inorganic oxide additive for the agricultural film. Adding a
silane coupling agent into the slurry C, performing stirring reaction in a stirring mill, then performing
drying to obtain modified
powder, mixing the
powder with
polyethylene, and performing
melt extrusion granulation to obtain an additive; according to the invention, a physical-chemical
hybrid interface layer is constructed on the surface of an inorganic
oxide by adding a polymethylacrylic acid dispersing agent and then adding a
silane coupling agent, so that the particle size of the inorganic
oxide is reduced, and the
interface bonding force with
polyethylene is enhanced through a
covalent bond; the agricultural film prepared from the modified inorganic
oxide additive can maintain the light function characteristic of inorganic oxide, and the light
transmittance of the agricultural film prepared from the modified inorganic oxide additive is superior to that of an agricultural film prepared from an unmodified inorganic oxide additive.
