The invention discloses an acid-base-corrosive-resisting polyformaldehyde
composite material and a preparation method thereof. The acid-base-corrosive-resisting polyformaldehyde
composite material s prepared from, by weight, 20-30 parts of polyformaldehyde, 30-40 parts of
triethanolamine, 35-45 parts of polymethyl
acrylate, 20-30 parts of polyvinyl
pyridine, 45-55 parts of ethyl
methacrylate, 25-35 parts of
zinc silicate, 15-25 parts of kaolin, 10-20 parts of
zinc stearate, 5-15 parts of
calcium molybdate, 25-35 parts of aluminum
powder, 35-45 parts of sulphur, 14-18 parts of
sodium hexametaphosphate and
ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt, and the part ratio, by weight, of the
sodium hexametaphosphate to the
ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt is (6-8):1. The polyformaldehyde
composite material has original advantages of polyformaldehyde and also has the excellent acid-base-corrosive-resisting performance. The technical effects are related to the part ratio, by weight, of the
sodium hexametaphosphate to the
ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt, and when the part ratio, by weight, of the
sodium hexametaphosphate to the ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt is (6-8):1, the acid-base-corrosive-resisting performance of the polyformaldehyde composite material is optimal.
