This invention relates to the field of polymer materials technology, and more particularly to an antibacterial photocurable resin composition, its preparation method, and its application. The antibacterial photocurable resin composition provided by this invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-65 parts of polyurethane copolymer, 30-60 parts of reactive diluent monomer, 0.1-2.0 parts of AIE functional polymer, and 1-6 parts of photoinitiator; the AIE functional polymer contains polymerizable groups; the raw materials for preparing the polyurethane copolymer include isocyanate and diol, the diol including cashew nut glycol, with cashew nut glycol accounting for 20-80% of the molar percentage of the diol. The antibacterial photocurable resin composition provided by this invention possesses both excellent mechanical properties and high curing efficiency, and has a long-lasting, safe, and highly efficient phototriggered endogenous antibacterial function.
