Embodiment Construction

[0030] A sinusoidal pulse width modulation strategy for a three-phase T-type three-level inverter of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and embodiments.

[0031] refer to figure 1 and figure 2 , a three-phase T-type three-level inverter sinusoidal pulse width modulation strategy of the present invention, comprising the following:

[0032] 1) Let the mathematical expression of the original modulation wave be formula (1),

[0033] u nom =U nom sin(ωt) (1)

[0034] In the formula, U nom and ω are the amplitude and angular frequency of the modulating wave, respectively.

[0035] 2) Modulated wave u r1 The mathematical expression and u nom Same as formula (2).

[0036] u r1 =U nom sin(ωt) (2)

[0037] 3) Modulated wave u r2 The mathematical expression of is as formula (3).

[0038] u r2 =U nom sin(ωt)+U tr (3) In the formula, U tr is the amplitude of the carrier wave.

[0039] 4) Modulated wave u r1 The pa...

Abstract

The invention discloses a three-phase T type three-level inverter sine pulse-width modulation strategy used for controlling a T type three-level grid-connected inverter and a T type three-level off-grid inverter. The three-phase T type three-level inverter sine pulse-width modulation strategy is characterized by providing a T type three-level inverter real-time SPWM algorithm, cooperation with an FPGA or a CPLD is not needed, 12 pulses needed for inverter control are generated via DSP operation, frequency of output PWM signals is greater than or equal to 20 kHz, the algorithm is completely realized in real time via calculation or function invoking, no table look-up processes are needed, and the strategy is small in calculation errors and high control precision. The strategy is simple in principle and short in realization periods and is very suitable for realizing simulation and easy DSP programming.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of power electronic inverter control, in particular to a sinusoidal pulse width modulation strategy for a three-phase T-type three-level inverter, which is used to control three-phase T-type three-level grid-connected inverters and off-grid inverter. Background technique [0002] The pulse width modulation (PulseWidthModulation, PWM) strategy of the three-phase T-type three-level converter directly determines the waveform quality, switching loss and power conversion efficiency of the converter output voltage. The PWM strategy of the three-level converter mainly includes the carrier-based sinusoidal pulse width modulation (Sinusoidal PWM, SPWM) strategy and the space vector-based space vector pulse width modulation (SpaceVectorPWM, SVPWM) strategy. The SVPWM strategy of the T-type three-level converter has high voltage utilization rate and flexible vector selection, but the strategy algorithm is complex and the amount...
