The cable housing device comprises a wire spool, a rotating member, a winding member, a fixed gear, a planetary gear, a driving motor, a transmission mechanism, a driving wheel, a swing arm and a connecting rod, wherein the fixed gear and the rotating member are arranged on the end face of the wire spool, respectively; the driving motor and the winding member are fixed at two ends of the rotating member, respectively; the planetary gear is connected to an output shaft of the driving motor and is engaged with the fixed gear; the driving wheel is rotatably mounted on the winding member; one end of the swing arm is eccentrically pivoted to the driving motor; two ends of the connecting rod are pivoted to the winding member and the swing arm, respectively; the driving wheel rotating drives the other arm end of the swing arm to swing up and down; the transmission mechanism is connected between the other output shaft of the driving motor and the driving wheel; and the driving motor drives the driving wheel to rotate by virtue of the transmission mechanism. According to the cable housing device, two movements, rotation and swing, of the swing arm are synchronized by combining gear transmission and connecting rod transmission, so that a cable can be uniformly arranged.
