The tumor marker GPC1 provided by the invention can be proved to be suitably used as a diagnosis marker of tumor in a digestive system currently in a small-scale clinical sample, has better sensitivity and specificity compared with traditional AFP, CEA, CA199 and the like, and can be used as a tumor marker for mass survey.
