Abstract

The invention provides a red glass lens, which comprises a glass substrate. The inner and outer surfaces of the glass substrate are respectively provided with a first film layer, a second film layer and a third film layer in sequence, wherein the first film layer is a coloring layer, the second film layer is a hardening layer, and the third film layer is an antifog layer. The coloring layer is made of cadmium selenide, cadmium sulfide or mixed material of the two; the hardening layer is made of a diamond material; and the antifog layer is made of a water-soluble acrylic resin material. The coloring layer plays a role in protecting eyes from being dazzled by fluorescent light, and thus the red glass lens is suitable for being used as an eye protector for X-ray medical staffs; the second film layer is the hardening layer, so that hardness of the product can be improved, and possibility of surface bruise and scratch due to friction and scrapes can be reduced; and the third film layer is the antifog layer, and very high hydrophilia of the acrylic resin is utilized to reduce reflection and refraction caused by water mist, and thus an antifog effect is achieved.
