Abstract

The invention provides a power supply signal generation device of a passive capacitor fingerprint recognition system and a control method thereof. The power supply signal generation device comprises a first switch module and a second switch module which are connected between a voltage rise node and a system ground voltage node in series; and a third switch module and a capacitor which are connected between a node and a system power supply voltage node in series. The node is arranged between the first switch module and the second switch module. The first switch module comprises N first switch units connected in parallel. Each first switch unit comprises a first transistor and a first resistor which are connected in series. The second switch module comprises N second switch units which correspond to the N first switch units and are connected in parallel. Each second switch unit comprises a second transistor and a second resistor. The third switch module comprises a third transistor. Through arrangement of at least one switch unit comprising the transistor and the resistor, the noise in a power supply voltage signal generated in the power supply signal generation device can be reduced.
