Seedling culture method for promoting rooting during oriental cherry grafting

A technology for promoting rooting and grafting seedlings, applied in the field of gardens, can solve the problems that the survival rate of cuttings is difficult to meet the requirements of large-scale production of seedlings, the interface of grafted seedlings is easy to break, and the efficiency of production and seedlings is not high, so as to solve the problem of difficult rooting of cuttings and improve grafting. Efficiency, the effect of easy grafting operation

Problems solved by technology

At present, there is an upsurge of cherry blossoms in our country. There are cherry blossom theme gardens and cherry blossom roads in many areas. There is a large demand for cherry blossom seedlings. However, most of the cherry blossom varieties are grafted with rooted rootstocks such as cherries and cherries. The efficiency of seedling production is not high. , the seedlings of fine varieties of cherry blossoms are difficult to meet the market demand; and the grafted seedlings generally have the problems of "big and small feet" and the interface is easy to break
Prunus plants belong to the type that is difficult to root from cuttings. At present, the survival rate of cuttings of cherry varieties that have been reported is mostly difficult to meet the requirements of large-scale production and seedling cultivation.

Embodiment 1

[0015] A kind of seedling raising method that grafting of cherry blossoms promotes rooting, the steps are as follows:

[0016] (1) Seedbed laying and substrate preparation: In early February, cement bricks were used to form a 20m, 1.2m wide, and 0.1m high seedbed. The seedbed is covered with substrate, the substrate ratio is perlite: peat = 2:1, and the substrate is drenched with water. Use 0.2% potassium permanganate to disinfect the matrix for 1-2 days. During the disinfection period, cover the surface of the matrix with a plastic film. After the disinfection, remove the plastic film and distribute it for 1 day.

[0017] (2) Selection and preservation of rootstocks and scions: For rootstocks, choose cherry branches that were born in the same year, about 0.8 cm thick, and about 6 cm long. The scion should be selected from the top tip of cherry blossoms with good varieties, strong growth, no pests and diseases, high degree of lignification, and full buds. If the cut rootstoc...

Embodiment 2

[0023] A kind of seedling raising method that grafting of cherry blossoms promotes rooting, the steps are as follows:

[0024] (1) Seedbed and substrate preparation: At the end of January, mix the substrate with a ratio of perlite: peat = 2:1, and disinfect with 0.3% potassium permanganate. Use 32-hole tree cutting seedling trays to lay the seedbed. Place 5 seedling trays (about 1.4m wide) in the width direction of the seedbed, and leave a gap of 0.5-0.6m between the two seedbeds.

[0025] (2) Selection and preservation of rootstocks and scions: For rootstocks, choose cherry branches that were born in the same year, about 0.8 cm thick, and about 6 cm long. The scion should be selected from the top tip of cherry blossoms with good varieties, strong growth, no pests and diseases, high degree of lignification, and full buds. If the cut rootstock and fringe branches cannot be grafted immediately, they should be wrapped in plastic bags and placed in an environment of about 4 degre...

Embodiment 3

[0034] A kind of seedling raising method that grafting of cherry blossoms promotes rooting, the steps are as follows:

[0035] (1) Seedbed preparation: Select a fertile and loose plot, remove debris such as stones and tree roots, and make furrows with a width of 1.5 meters. Apply decomposed organic fertilizer, manually mix evenly, break up large clods, level the surface, and disinfect with 0.3% potassium permanganate. Water 1-2 days before cutting to ensure soil moisture, and cover the ground with black plastic mulch, the film thickness is preferably 6-8 microns.

[0036] (2) Selection and preservation of rootstocks and scions: For rootstocks, choose cherry branches that are about 0.8 cm thick and 7 cm long. The scion should be selected from the top tip of cherry blossoms with good varieties, strong growth, no pests and diseases, high degree of lignification, and full buds. If the cut rootstock and fringe branches cannot be grafted immediately, they should be wrapped in plas...

Abstract

The invention discloses a seedling culture method for promoting rooting during oriental cherry grafting. Current-year branches of grass cherry (dedicated stock for oriental cherry grafting, suspected to belong to cherry strain) are used as stock, current-year branches of good oriental cherry stock are used as scion, cut-grafting is adopted, cuttage is conducted after grafting, the stock is rooted first after cuttage, and massive secondary rooting is caused at a graft union after transplantation to form oriental cherry variety seedlings with firm interfaces. In mid-to-end of January and early-to-mid of February each year, good stock branches which grow robustly are collected for grafting, then cuttage is conducted directly in a greenhouse or field cutting is conducted directly, stock is transplanted into pots or directly planted in the ground after cutting rooting, and massive rooting and seedling culture of the graft union are induced by means of cultivation techniques. The advantages of the two breeding methods, namely grafting and cuttage, are combined and utilized, universality is high, and the method is suitable for expanding propagation of most oriental cherry varieties and wild oriental cherry germplasm resources; furthermore, massive rooting of a grafting position is achieved, the graft union is not broken easily, and thickness difference of ordinary grafted seedlings is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of gardens, in particular to a seedling raising method for cherry blossom grafting to promote rooting. Background technique [0002] Sakura refers to the ornamental plants of the genus Prunus in the family Rosaceae. There are more than 120 species in the world, and more than 600 artificially cultivated varieties. Most of the cherry blossoms are deciduous trees with a large amount of flowers and a concentrated flowering period, which is very beautiful when blooming. Therefore, the seedlings of fine varieties of cherry blossoms are difficult to meet the market de...
