Abstract

The invention discloses a three-short exciting motor elliptical vibrating screen coupled by a torsion spring. The vibrating screen is composed of a feeding hopper, three exciting motors, a shield, the torsion spring, coupling eccentric blocks, a motor base, a screen box, isolation springs, a pedestal and the like. Two same exciting motors are installed in a coincidence mode, and the torsion spring is used for coupling connection of rotating shafts of the two motors, so that impact caused by starting of the two motors at the same time is buffered and absorbed, and zero-phase synchronization of the two motors is realized. Another exciting motor is installed in an axis parallel mode, and rotates at a constant speed reversely. The vibrating screen can make elliptical motion through exciting force generated by the three exciting motors. After stable operation, only one of the two coupled exciting motors needs to be powered on. The elliptical vibrating screen has the advantages that the influence of electromechanical coupling in a three-exciting motor system can be avoided, the exciting force of the exciting motors is brought into full play, and large amplitude and ideal ovality of the vibrating screen can be achieved easily; and energy consumption is low, the structure is simple, installation and maintenance are easy and convenient, and noise is low.
