The invention discloses a BOG (boil of gas) recycling device which comprises a liquid container, a refrigerating machine and a low-temperature liquid storage tank, wherein the refrigerating machine comprises an evaporator arranged in the liquid container and used for providing refrigerating capacity; the liquid container is connected with the low-temperature liquid storage tank through a gas inlet pipe and a liquid return pipe; the gas inlet pipe is used for guiding gas in the low-temperature liquid storage tank into the liquid container; and the liquid return pipe is used for returning liquid in the liquid container cooled by the refrigerating machine to the low-temperature liquid storage tank.
