Abstract

The invention provides a dimmable LED driving power circuit with a chip capacitor. The circuit comprises an input circuit, a flyback conversion circuit and a dimming circuit, wherein the input circuit is composed of an LC filter circuit, an earth leakage protection circuit and a bridge rectifier; the flyback conversion circuit outputs smooth voltage waveform through a fast recovery diode D1, a double-winding transformer L2 and a coupling capacitor C5; a power MOSFET M1 provides a high-frequency direct-current pulse signal and is used for controlling and driving an LED lamp set to work, a multivibrator composed of NE555 and peripheral devices of NE555 provides a high-frequency direct-current pulse signal, and the brightness of the LED lamp set is adjusted by changing the duty ratio of the pulse signals. By means of energy conversion between the transformer and the capacitor, capacitance capacity is reduced, the chip capacitor replaces a large-capacity electrolytic capacitor, the service life of an LED power source is prolonged, and application and development of the LED illumination technology are benefited.
