Abstract

The invention discloses a formula of a high-temperature-resistant coating. The coating comprises, by weight, 128-130 parts of thermoplastic phenolic resin, 33-35 parts of thermosetting phenolic resin, 72-73 parts of solvents and 32-33 parts of silane coupling agents. The formula has the advantages that a new component, namely the 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane coupling agent, is added in a traditional coating formula to serve as an excellent bonding accelerant, the bonding property of a phenolic resin bonding agent in the manufacturing process of a grinding wheel can be improved, and accordingly the bonding force of a mesh in the grinding wheel and sand and the bonding force of the mesh in the grinding wheel and resin are improved; and according to the grinding wheel manufactured according to the coating formula, the wear resistance is high, the highest rotation speed of the grinding wheel is improved by 10% or over, and therefore the service life of the grinding wheel is prolonged.
