The preparation method particularly comprises the following steps that the cementing materials, the ecological fiber and the thickening agent which are needed by blending are put together to be stirred and mixed for 5 min to 8 min, the water, the physical foaming agent, the foam stabilizer and the water reducing agent which are needed by blending are sequentially added into the mixture, stirring continuous to be conducted for 4 min to 8 min, and a slurry mixed material is obtained.
