The remote measurement combo comprises a central logic control module, a data collection module, a power management module, a storage module and a physical interface. The central logic control module receives a digital signal from the data collection module, receives external serial data through a physical interface at the same time, carries out first frame encoding processing of the digital signal and the serial data, and saves the data subjected to the first frame encoding processing in the storage module. After second frame encoding processing is started, the central logic control module reads data from the storage module for the second frame encoding processing and converts the parallel data subjected to the second frame encoding processing into a PCM code stream and sends the PCM code stream to an external transmitter.
