Abstract

The invention discloses a hydraulic system for inner high-pressure steel pipe hydraulic perforating of a hydroforming hydraulic machine. The hydraulic system comprises a two-position four-way solenoid directional valve, three-position four-way solenoid directional valves, a bag type energy accumulator, double-acting perforating cylinders and an electric control system. Each double-acting perforating cylinder is provided with a piston connected with a perforating puncher pin. A rodless cavity of each double-acting perforating cylinder is provided with a liquid medium inlet, and a rod cavity of each double-acting perforating cylinder is provided with a liquid medium outlet. Each liquid medium inlet and the corresponding liquid medium outlet are controlled by the corresponding three-position four-way solenoid directional valve to communicate with a working medium source. A stacking type one-way valve and a pressure sensor are arranged on the output side of the two-position four-way solenoid directional valve. The pressure sensor is arranged at the output end of the stacking type one-way valve. An energy accumulator safety valve set is arranged at the output end of the bag type energy accumulator. The electric control system receives signals of the pressure sensor, and the signals are output to control the two-position four-way solenoid directional valve, the three-position four-way solenoid directional valves and the bag type energy accumulator to work.
