Abstract

The hybridoma is prepared by the steps of immunizing mice with GST-ORF72 recombinant protein as antigen to obtain mice splenocyte, and fusing mice splenocyte with mice myeloma cell to obtain the hybridoma. The invention further provides the application of the monoclonal antibody. The monoclonal antibody for II type carp herpes virus ORF72 albumen has the advantages that the monoclonal antibody for II type carp herpes virus ORF72 albumen is made for the first time and can be used for preparing diagnostic reagent for II type carp herpes virus and anti-II type carp herpes virus medicine.
