Abstract

The invention discloses a vegetable oil based lubricant. The vegetable oil based lubricant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of vegetable based synthetic oil, 2-6 parts of viscosity index improver, 2-5 parts of preservative agent, 2-5 parts of antimicrobial agent, 2-5 parts of defoaming agent and 180-220 parts of water, wherein the vegetable based synthetic oil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of castor oil, 10-20 parts of cotton oil, 30-40 parts of water, 5-10 parts of triethanolamine, 3-5 parts of boric acid and 12-15 parts of triethanolamine oleate. According to the invention, the maximum nonseizure load of the lubricant prepared by the method is greatly improved; the lubricant has favorable lubricating property and stability; and the lubricant is biodegradable, thereby being beneficial to environmental protection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fine chemical production, and in particular relates to a vegetable oil-based lubricating oil. Background technique [0002] Lubricant base oils are mainly divided into three categories: mineral base oils, synthetic base oils and biological base oils. Mineral base oils are widely used and used in a large amount (about 95%), but in some applications, products formulated with synthetic base oils and bio-oil base oils must be used, thus making these two base oils develop rapidly. [0003] The most popular lubricating oil products in my country's market are mostly petroleum-based lubricating oils, which are difficult to degrade and remain in the environment for almost a long time. The annual global consumption of lubricating oil is 36 to 40 million tons, of which about 10 million tons of lubricating oil directly enter the ecological environment where humans live due to leakage, splashing, oil vapor evaporatio...
