Abstract

Periodic shutdown for cleaning is prevented, production power is greatly improved, and steam consumption per unit evaporated water is substantially reduced; since the radial vibration frequency of the steel wire screw is one magnitude order higher than up-and-down reciprocation and rotation, reciprocation and rotation circular motion relative to the surface of the inner wall of the heating pipe are vibration and salutatory movement instead of surface-sticking sliding; and radial vibration only exerts slight vibration contact force on the inner wall of the heating pipe, so engineering wearing between the steel wire screw and the surface of the inner wall of the heating pipe can be efficiently avoided.
