The invention further provides a machining process of the circular elevator compensation cable. The machining process comprises the following steps: (1) the 4 steel wire ropes are used as stress original pieces, and are arrayed to from the matrix; (2) an insulation material of the protection layer is prepared from the PVC, the plasticizer, the nitrile rubber buna and the coupling agent; and (3) extrusion is carried out.
