The pure oxygen combustion device comprises a base which is arranged on a crucible and provided with a fuel gas mixing nozzle; a heat exchange body extending in the axial direction of the fuel gas mixing nozzle is arranged in the middle of the interior of the fuel gas mixing nozzle; the fuel gas mixing nozzle is further provided with a plurality of fuel gas channels which are located on the outer side of the heat exchange body and annularly arranged with the heat exchange body as the center; the fuel gas mixing nozzle is further provided with a plurality of smoke channels which are annularly arranged with the heat exchange body as the center and are located on the outer sides of the fuel gas channels; a gas mixing fan is arranged in the fuel gas mixing nozzle; an upper oxygen mixing nozzle and a lower oxygen mixing nozzle are vertically formed in the position, located on the lower side of the fuel gas mixing nozzle, of the base in sequence; and the ends, facing the interior of the crucible, of the upper oxygen mixing nozzle and the lower oxygen mixing nozzle are inclined upwards.
