Problems solved by technology

However, this method has high requirements on the processing of the sample. If the processing of the cube sample is not precise enough, that is, the shape of the cube is irregular, it will cause uneven stress distribution on the shear surface, and stress concentration will occur, causing the sample to not follow the predetermined direction. The shear plane is damaged, failing to meet the requirements of the shear test
Triaxial test is a good method to test the shear strength of rock, but the equipment is expensive and the test time is long, so the promotion of this method is limited

Embodiment 1

[0046] The rock specimen structure that is used for rock shear strength test in the present embodiment is as Figure 1-3 As shown, the body of the rock sample is a hollow cylinder with a coaxial cylindrical hole processed in the center, and an oblique groove with a structure such as a circle around the outer cylindrical surface is processed on the outer cylindrical surface of the hollow cylinder. The section perpendicular to the central axis of the hollow cylinder forms an inclination angle θ, and the center point of the section passing through the beveled groove coincides with the midpoint O of the central axis of the hollow cylinder. The chamfered groove is a chamfered groove with a rectangular cross section.

[0047] The cylinder height H is 100mm, the outer diameter D is 50mm, the inner diameter ψ is 20mm, the height of the annular beveled groove is 2mm, the depth t is 5mm, and the inclination angle θ is: 30°, 40°, 45°, 50°, 55° , 60°, 65°.

Abstract

The invention provides a rock test sample for rock shearing strength test. A body of the rock test sample is a hollow cylinder; a coaxial cylindrical hole is processed in the center of the hollow cylinder; a beveling groove which surrounds the outer cylindrical surface for one circle and has the same structure is processed in the outer cylindrical surface of the hollow cylinder; the section passing through the beveling groove and the section perpendicular to the central axial line of the hollow cylinder form an inclined angle theta of 30 to 70 degrees; and the center point of the section passing through the beveling groove is superposed with the center point of the central axial line of the hollow cylinder. The invention also provides a method for testing the rock shearing strength based on the hollow cylinder rock test sample with the annular beveling groove. The rock test sample is simple and convenient to process, has low requirements on test equipment and can guarantee that stress is distributed uniformly. The rock is subjected to shear failure in the direction of the beveling groove in the compression process, and the shearing strength of the rock can be obtained by the rock test sample quickly, simply and accurately.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of rock material performance testing, in particular to a rock sample used for testing rock shear strength and a method for testing shear strength based on the sample. [0002] technical background [0003] The shear strength of rock refers to the ability of rock to resist shear failure. In actual engineering, rocks are usually in a complex state of stress, and the failure of engineering rock mass is often not simply crushed and cracked, but macro-shear failure often occurs. Therefore, the research on the shear strength of rock and its testing method has important theoretical value and engineering application value. At present, direct shear test, wedge shear test and triaxial test are mainly used to measure the shear performance of rock materials. The main advantage of the direct shear test is that it is simple and convenient, does not require special equipment, and the same sample can be reused to improve t...
