Abstract

The invention discloses a health identification system and a health identification method for an intelligent service robot, relates to the technical field of service robots, and solves the technical deficiency of an existing human physique identification method that is lack of the technology based on the service robot and adopts a natural language processing mode for diagnosis through interrogation. The system comprises a user identity identification module, a tongue diagnosis module, an interrogation diagnosis module, an interrogation diagnosis scale module and a physique classification model, wherein the tongue diagnosis module is used for taking a facial photo for a user by a camera after a tongue stretches out, processing the facial photo by using an image processing method to show a tongue part, extracting RGB color information of the tongue part, thus acquiring a tongue image color value; the service robot combines the interrogation diagnosis module with the tongue diagnosis module, the robot visually analyzes the tongue image, a result is statistically analyzed based on a voice response or touch selection of a subject for providing a physique result through identification, and thus health of illiterate users can be identified in a voice interactive manner; two modes, voice and touch modes, are provided for health identification of the illiterate users; and user experience is improved.
