Abstract

The invention particularly relates to a novel remote operated vehicle (ROV) propeller and a ROV. The novel ROV propeller comprises a rotor, a rotary shaft, a magnetic coupling device and a speed reducer, wherein a clearance regulation wafer is arranged between the magnetic coupling device and a speed reducer bearing; the rotor has a hollow cylindrical structure, and the rotor and the rotary shaft are in interference fit; the rotary shaft comprises a gear section, an engagement section, a transmission section and a fixation section, all of which are sequentially connected, wherein the gear section is used for connecting with a planetary reducer of the ROV propeller, the engagement section is used for limiting relative position of the gear section and the rotor, the transmission section and the rotor are in interference fit, the transmission section is used for transmitting torque to the rotor, and a fixing component sleeves the fixation section and is used for fastening the interference fit between the rotor and the rotary shaft. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the rotor and the rotary shaft are detachably connected, thereby facilitating the peocessing and machining accruacy control on a gear, connected with the planetary speed reducer, on the rotary shaft; and meanwhile, the clearance regulation wafer is arranged between the magnetic coupling device and the reducer bearing, so that the noise in the ROV propeller operation process can be reduced.
